Unlock 5.0: Cinema halls, tourism ... Find out what the government can offer relief from October 1

New Delhi:
Unlock-4 is coming to an end in India. From 1 September to 30 September 2020, many things were exempted under Unlock-4. The central government has approved the launch of metro services, starting schools from class 9 to 12 on a partial basis. Unlock 5 will start from October 1st. Preparation of guidelines for this is in the final stages. Prime Minister Narendra Modi last week spoke to the chief ministers of the seven states / UTs most affected by the Corona virus. Modi wants states to work in the 'micro-content' zone. The festive season is also about to begin, in which case the central government may offer more relief under Unlock-5.

Possibility of further relaxation in economic activity

The Home Ministry has approved the opening of public places like malls, salons, restaurants and gyms in phases under Unlock. Companies ’offices are also open, but social distance and other precautions are important to follow. Economic activity will be relieved from October onwards. In a meeting with the chief ministers, PM Modi also insisted that containers and lockdowns be carried out in such a way as to stop the spread of Kovid-19. He also said that it should not cause trouble in economic activities.

Cinema halls may open after six months

All cinema halls in the country have been closed since March 25. There were several appeals by the Multiplex Association but the Home Ministry allowed only open air theaters to open from 21 September. In August, Information and Broadcasting Ministry Secretary Amit Khare sent the Home Ministry a formula for seating plans in theaters. In which, a spectator can leave one seat in the first line and sit which can maintain social distance. On Saturday, West Bengal has given permission to open cinema halls from October 1. The central government may allow theaters across the country to open with caution.

The tourism sector can finally get relief

One of the areas most affected by the corona virus is tourism. Several tourist destinations have recently opened, including the Taj Mahal. More tourist centers may open under Unlock-5. Currently, tourists are reluctant to go due to institutional quarantine rules. The Uttarakhand government has removed its need. The rest of the states can do the same on the Centre's instructions.

Schools for young children are likely to be closed

Unlock-4 was allowed to open schools in classes 9 to 12 from September 21. However, only a few states have started schools. Currently the primary school is likely to be closed. The process for admission to universities and colleges has begun. Currently, all processes are being done online.
