But the film festival will not be held this year due to the Corona transition. However, there is a possibility that Kolkata International Film Festival may be held in January of 2021 next year.
Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee tweeted on Thursday that the Kolkata International Film Festival will not be held this time due to the corona infection epidemic. All has been well, Kolkata International Film Festival will be held in January.
Let us know that the Kolkata International Film Festival was scheduled to be held from November 5 to 12 next month. However, it will now be held from 8 to 15 January 2021.
It is notable that last year Kolkata International Film Festival was held from 8 to 15 November. The prestigious film festival featured 214 feature films, 152 short films and documentaries from 76 countries. The festival was attended by 65 film personalities from 24 countries.
