Choreographer Ganesh says the first two months were challenging for me. It took me 15 days to learn to swim. Gradually my trainer Ajay Naidu taught me to crunch in water. In addition I did 11 exercises for about 75 minutes. Thus I lost 85 kg in a year and a half.

Now I do dance with double energy.
Ganesh Acharya, who has won a national award for best choreography, said, "Dance helped me a lot in losing weight." I used to dance when I was overweight, but I got tired quickly. But after losing weight I now dance with double energy. Not only this, the size of my clothes has also come down from 7XL to L.
