It is said in our mythology that a person who wakes up before sunrise stays healthy but almost no one does so due to changed lifestyle. A team of dietitians and psychologists in Britain recently concluded that if we want to be healthy, happy and happy, we must cultivate the habit of getting up early.
Benefits of
getting up early - Getting up early in the morning gives you enough time to do routine chores and get excited throughout the day. While waking up late doesn’t make you drowsy and sleepy until late. Even daily chores are not rushed due to timely departure of husband. This makes women feel less stressed and their mood improves
- Getting up early can allow you time for exercise as well as meditation. Early risers can easily devote some time to exercise. Getting up late does not allow the body to exercise and it also feels gilt to not be able to complete any work from above.
- Creative thinking can be done in the morning. In the morning the brain is fresh after resting. In addition, physical activity in the morning gives the brain enough oxygen and improves its capacity.
- Getting up early in the morning makes the day longer. This gives them more time to work. More work can be done from early in the day to late in the evening. Late risers start work late due to lethargy. It feels stressful after work and has low overall productivity
What to do to get up early?
- If you have a habit of going to bed late at night, start going to bed early. Eat before nine o'clock at night and turn off the lights at bedtime and go to bed
- If you have a habit of getting up at nine o'clock in the morning, do not keep getting up at six o'clock from the first day. Instead, make it a habit to get up at nine o'clock in the first week. Next week at 8:30 and so on, you will be able to reach your goal of getting up at 6 o'clock.
- Get up in the morning and schedule some work immediately, so that you get out of the habit of lying in bed in drowsiness
- If you have a habit of sleeping while sitting during the day, it should be stopped
