Washington: Gitanjali Rao, who lives in the US of Indian origin, has won the Time magazine's Kid of the Year award. He is a brilliant young scientist and inventor. She has been selected as the 'Kid of the Year' for the year 2020. For the first time, a child has been awarded 'Kid of the Year' award by a child. Gitanjali said about her processes during digital conversations with Jolie from her home in Colorado, thinking of doing research on carbon nanotube sensor technology when she was 10 years old.
