As economic activity picks up, job market conditions are improving. Larsen & Toubro said it would employ more than 1,100 graduate and postgraduate engineers in the new year . These engineers will be recruited in different departments.
Job offer to 250 engineers
The company is still in the process of hiring these days. This work is being done virtually. So far this hiring season, the company has offered jobs to 250 engineers . Its recruitment has been done with other premium institutions including IIT Madras, Guwahati, Varanasi, Bombay, Delhi, Roorkee, Kharagpur, ISM Dhanbad, IIT Hyderabad. Every year the company hires 1100 new fresher engineers. Maximum hiring is done with premium institutions in the country. Corona is still hiring this year though and the work is going completely online. The company has run a three-week induction program for all freshers in times of crisis.
