The online process to get a learning license is very simple. For this, you can apply by visiting the website of the Ministry of Highways. Visit https://parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice10/stateSelection.do. Here is a list of states. First select your state name. After this, there is an option for the learner. Clicking there will open the full form. After filling the form a number will be generated and save it. Here you will have to attach age certificate, address proof, ID proof. After completing this process, you will have to upload your photo and digital signature. After this the slot has to be booked for the driving test. Fees have to be paid while selecting the slot. After this, a message will come on the registered number. Save it.

Online test takes place in RTO office

After depositing the fees, online test has to be done by going to the RTO office from the slot. In this test, questions related to traffic rules and traffic signs are asked. There are four options for a question. The correct answer has to be clicked. After this, the second question emerges on your computer screen. Along with this, it is also known that your answer is right or wrong. As soon as the test is complete, the result comes in front of you whether you have passed or failed.

Online learning license is obtained within 48 hours of passing the test. Its validity is 6 months. After this, permanent license can be made.
