BSNL has launched 'Work From Home' prepaid STV to compete with private telecom companies. Data consumption in the country has increased in the last few months due to the corona virus epidemic. Over the past few years, private companies have scrapped data-only plans. And prepaid plans were getting daily data benefits. But now in the ‘work from home’ category, companies once again introduced data plans. Apart from Airtel, Geo and Vodafone Idea, BSNL has also launched data packs of Rs 56, Rs 151 and Rs 251. Find out what's special about these BSNL plans

BSNL's work from home plan

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched three prepaid STVs for home users. However, these three packs only have data available and do not have the benefits of voice calling and SMS. Speaking of the Rs 56 STV, it has a total of 10 GB of data. This pack is valid for 10 days.

So 40GB data is available in Rs 251 STV and 70GB data is available in Rs 251 STV. The prepaid STV of Rs 151 and Rs 251 is valid for 28 days. Notably, the government telecom company has also announced a subscription to the Xing Music app with this 'work from home' STV.

Compare Airtel, Geo and Vi STV, Reliance Jio offers work from home plans at Rs 151, Rs 201 and Rs 251. These packs come with 30 GB, 40 GB and 50 GB of data respectively. So, Airtel has a prepaid data pack of Rs 251 with 50 GB data benefit available. Vi, on the other hand, also has a Rs 351 prepaid plan that offers 100GB of data.

BSNL's Rs 251 plan comes with more data than Geo, Airtel and Vodafone Idea. BSNL has 4G network in Kerala and other circles.
