1-Blood pressure
Garlic is very beneficial for you if you have a problem with high BP, but if you have low BP, consuming garlic can increase your problem. Indeed, garlic works to lower blood pressure, in which case if low BP patients eat garlic, then their problem can be serious.
2- Deficiency of hemoglobin
Avoid eating garlic if the body is anemic.
3- Headache
Garlic should not be eaten even if you have a headache. Raw garlic acts as a trigger for headaches.
