A common man has chosen Mukesh Ambani , the richest man in the country and chairman of Reliance Industries . The name of this person is Kalpesh Daftari on whom the Enforcement Directorate i.e. ED has started proceedings.

RIL sold in the name of another company
The ED has started an investigation under the PMLA on the basis of an FIR filed by the CBI. The ED said Kalpesh Daftari, along with some others, had scammed 13 licenses for special agriculture and village industry schemes. The licenses were converted into currency by a company called Hindustan Continental Limited and sold to Reliance Industries.
The probe also found that Rs 6.8 crore was sold by selling 13 licenses, which were diverted from one company to another so that no one would know about the scam. Along with Kalpesh Daftary, the names of Niaz Ahmed, Piyush Viramgama, Vijay Gadhia, etc. involved in the scam have also come up. The investigation also found that the money was used by Kalpesh Daftary and others.
