State Bank of India (SBI), the country's largest lender, offers seven types of ATM-cum-debit cards to its customers. Depending on the type of card, the daily cash withdrawal limit ranges from Rs 20,000 to Rs 1 lakh. Since July 1, SBI has been revising its ATM withdrawal rules. According to information available on the official website sbi.co.in, SBI allows its regular savings account holders to make free transactions up to 8 times in a month. After which all transactions are charged from the customers.
The following are the daily ATM cash withdrawal limits applicable to SBI Debit Card
- SBI Classic and Maestro debit cards
ATM Cash Withdrawal Limit: 20,000
- SBI Global International Debit Card
ATM Cash Withdrawal Limit: 40,000
- SBI Gold International Debit Card
ATM Cash Withdrawal Limit: 50,000
- SBI Platinum International Debit Card
ATM Cash Withdrawal Limit: 1,00,000
- SBI Intouch Tape and Go Debit Card
ATM Cash Withdrawal Limit: 40,000
- SBI Mumbai Metro Combo Card
ATM Cash Withdrawal Limit: 40,000
- SBI My Card International Debit Card
ATM Cash Withdrawal Limit: 40,000
Cash withdrawal from SBI ATM with OTP
SBI has launched One Time Password (OTP) based facility in all its ATMs across the country from September 18. OTP will be available for withdrawals above Rs. 10,000. For this you have to enter the OTP sent by your bank on your registered mobile number. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your transaction.
