Volkswagen India has launched the luxurious car 2021 T-Roc in India and it has been priced at 21.35 lakh rupees (ex-showroom India). The T-Roc model first came to India in March 2020 and was then priced at Rs 19.99 lakh. A year later, after the second batch of cars arrived in the country, the price has gone up by 1.36 lakhs.
This SUV has been released as a fully built unit (CBU) in India. Online booking for the car has already started. The company has said that the delivery of T-Roy will start from May this year.
The Volkswagen T-Roc comes with a 1.5-liter TSI EVO petrol engine that generates 147 bhp power and 250 Nm peak torque. The motor is mated to a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission. This SUV can run from 0-100 kmph in 8.4 seconds and its top speed is 205 kmph. Built on the MQB platform, this model promises the best driving dynamics.
The SUV features LED daytime running lights, projector lens headlamps, a panoramic sunroof, dual-tone alloy wheels, leather upholstery, auto climate control, touchscreen infotainment system, virtual cockpit.
The car measures 4229 mm in length and has a wheelbase of 2595 mm. There is a lot of cabin space in it. Apart from this, the car has 6 airbags, ABS, ESC, Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) safety features.
