Delhi: Corona breaks record again, highest death in one day, 24,149 new cases in last 24 hours


Corona cases are continuously increasing in the country's capital, Delhi. 
Along with the increasing cases of corona, the cases of deaths are also increasing. On Tuesday, 381 patients died of corona in Delhi in the last 24 hours. This figure is the largest figure of 1 day so far in Delhi. At the same time, 24,149 new cases of corona have been reported in Delhi in the last 24 hours. Also, the positivity rate is around 33 percent.

Apart from this, the number of active cases has crossed 98,000, which is the highest figure till date. Currently, the recovery rate in Delhi is 89.43 percent, the active patient rate is 9.16 percent, the death rate is 1.4 percent and the positivity rate is 32.72 percent. The total number of corona cases in Delhi has so far increased to 10,72,065 with 24,149 corona cases in the last 24 hours. At the same time, 17,862 patients have been cured in the last 24 hours, after which the total number of cured patients in Delhi has increased to 9,58,792.

Also, after 381 deaths in the last 24 hours, the total death toll from Corona to Delhi in Delhi has now reached 15,009. The number of active cases is 98,264. There have been 73,811 corona tests in the last 24 hours. The total corona test in Delhi so far is 1,69,13,360. The labor department of Delhi government has announced that in the epidemic, the registered construction workers and their family members who have been corona virus positive will be given assistance of Rs 5000 to Rs 10 thousand as medical aid.

The assistance amount will be sent directly to the accounts of construction workers by checking the RT-PCR report on the ICMR portal. This assistance amount will help in reducing the financial crisis of the workers during the Corona period. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has also appealed to the workers and migrants not to leave Delhi as the Delhi government is ensuring all kinds of assistance for them.
