Caution: Lying down immediately after eating food is fatal for you, poison can spread in the stomach


Health Tips: Food is very important for our health, but sometimes food can harm us. 
Food can make you very sick. 
 This happens when you fall asleep immediately after having dinner. It starts inviting diseases . If  you fall asleep immediately after having dinner, it is making you sick . Not only this, if you do this even during the day, then it is harmful for your health .
