Ingredients for making Corn Cutlet
Boiled corn - 1 cup
Red chili powder - half teaspoon
Chaat masala - half teaspoon
Green coriander - 2 teaspoons chopped
Finely chopped ginger - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
Potato - 1 boiled
Rice flour or corn starch - 2 to 3 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp

First of all steam the corn and cook it well. Now add chopped ginger, red chili, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt to the boiled corn and mix well.
After this peel the boiled potatoes and mash them. Now mix rice flour, cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt in it.
After this, take a ball of potato mixture and make a ball out of it.
Now put corn stuffing in this circle and cover it. Now give it the shape of a cutlet.
Then heat a pan and add oil to it.
After this, put the stuffed corn cutlets in hot oil and fry them. When the cutlets are golden fried, take them out on a kitchen towel.
Now serve the hot corn cutlets with coriander chutney to the children.
