UP's Sania Mirza will become India's first Muslim woman fighter pilot. After this news, the IAF has clarified that how to become a fighter pilot in the Air Force. That means the destination is still far away.

Sania Mirza of Uttar Pradesh is going to become India's first Muslim woman fighter pilot. Sania Mirza is a resident of Mirzapur in UP. Daughter of a TV mechanic, who has cleared the NDA exam. Ever since the UPSC has released the NDA result, reports are spreading everywhere that UP's Sania Mirza has become India's First Muslim Women Fighter Pilot. Now the Indian Air Force has given clarification on this. The Airforce gave the necessary information which was not in the news. IAF has told the complete process of becoming a fighter pilot.

Sania has cleared NDA and got selected for fighter pilot stream of the academy. But the destination is still far away. Whether she will become an IAF Fighter Pilot or not will depend on whether she is able to successfully complete all the courses, training and exams of the Academy.

How to become IAF Fighter Pilot?

After the news of Sania, the Indian Air Force has issued a statement. It states that it takes a candidate four years to get commissioned as a fighter pilot in the Air Force. In these 4 years, the candidate has to complete the training of flying branch.

IAF spokesperson told that 'IAF Cadet (Flying Branch) joining NDA has to do combined training of first 3 years with the rest of his coursemates (Army and Navy). Because the objective of the National Defense Academy is to promote mutual cooperation among the three services. During this, basic training of flying is given in the last 6 months before passing out.

The Air Force said in its statement that 'this young woman (Sania Mirza) has received instructions to join the NDA IAF Flying Branch, but it will take 4 years for her to be commissioned as a pilot in the Air Force. During this, he will have to complete the necessary training for the flying branch, will have to get the necessary merit for Fighter Pilot. The Airforce has blessed Sania for her future and wished her every dream to come true.
