There has been a big disclosure on Thursday in Delhi's famous Shraddha murder case. The bones recovered by the police from the information given by Aftab, the accused in the murder of Shraddha Walkar, belong to Shraddha. The bones recovered by the police from the forests of Gurugram and Mehrauli were matched with the DNA of Shraddha's father. Now it has become clear that those bones belonged to Shraddha only.
According to Aftab's confession, he cut Shraddha into 35 pieces after killing her and threw them in the forest of Delhi's Mehrauli area. When the police searched, many pieces were recovered. These pieces were sent by the police to CFSL for investigation. The results of the investigation of these bones found on the trail of Aftab have come and it has become clear that these bones belong to Shraddha only.
Shraddha's body parts will be sent to AIIMS for examination
In the Shraddha murder case, Special CP, Delhi Police Sagarpreet Hooda while talking to the media said that, in the Shraddha murder case, the police has also received the reports of DNA and polygraphy test from CFSL. Police say that this report will be very helpful in the investigation of the case. According to the police, two reports have come now, one is left. The report will be analyzed. Sagarpreet Hooda told that bodyparts postmortem will also be sent to Delhi AIIMS for examination.
Sagarpreet Hooda further told that, some of the clothes that Shraddha was wearing last time have been recovered, these clothes have been found from the jungles. Which have been sent for forensic investigation. Hooda told that on the basis of the report some questions will be prepared and sent to the doctor. Where the police will have doubt, then its answers will be taken from the doctors. The blood samples that were taken from the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom of the flat in Chhatarpur matched with Shraddha. He told that CFSL has confirmed this in the blood sample report to the police.
Aftab told where the bones were thrown
Ever since her boyfriend Aftab Poonawalla was caught on the charges of Shraddha murder case, many revelations were happening daily in this case. The kind of information Aftab was giving daily, even the police suspected that he was deceiving them. After this, the police demanded Aftab's narco and polygraph test, which was allowed by the Delhi High Court.
Along with this, the police was continuously investigating on the basis of the interrogation of Aftab in the police custody. Meanwhile, Aftab had talked about chopping Shraddha's body into pieces and throwing it in Mehrauli's forest. Aftab had reiterated this point in the narco and polygraph tests as well. The police also recovered bones from the places mentioned by Aftab. Although these bones belong to Shraddha, to know this, the police got it matched with Shraddha's father's DNA. Now it has been revealed that those bones belong to Shraddha only.

Walkar, a resident of Vasai in Maharashtra, was allegedly strangled to death by her live-in partner Aftab Poonawalla in Delhi in May this year. Poonawalla had allegedly cut Shraddha Walkar's body into 35 pieces, and kept the pieces in a refrigerator at his residence in south Delhi's Mehrauli for three weeks before disposing them in different parts of Delhi city. At present Aftab is in judicial custody. The special team of Delhi Police is engaged in the investigation of this popular murder case.
