A mock drill was conducted on Tuesday to assess the preparedness including availability of beds and medical personnel in some hospitals of the capital in case of increase in corona cases across the country due to possible epidemic . This mock drill was conducted across the country. On the mock drill, Union Health Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya said that we are aware of the danger of corona, in such a situation, this mock drill is being done to improve our preparations.

Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya said that 'Mock drill is being organized today in all Kovid hospitals across the country. There are not many cases of corona in the country right now, but PM Modi has asked us to be careful. The government is also making preparations, if Kovid cases increase somewhere, then people can get proper treatment. He said that the cases of corona may increase in the coming days. That's why this mock drill is necessary in such a situation.

According to the sources of the Union Health Ministry, in the first and second wave of Corona, the Government of India has set up a huge health infrastructure. After the Kovid cases were reduced, this infrastructure was shifted to the general hospital for the patients.
