Both of them have told the police that just before the accident i.e. on the night of December 31, both of them were present in the hotel with Anjali. They told that on that day all three had consumed alcohol sitting together. After this Anjali also had a fight with Nidhi.

During the celebration of New Year, at around 3 am, a PCR call was received by the police in Kanjhawala area that a girl was lying naked on the side of the road. When the police reached the information of the incident and started the investigation, it was found that a 23-year-old girl was going back to her home on a scooty. That's why five boys were riding in a Baleno car, hit his scooty. After which the car dragged the girl for about 13 kilometers from Sultanpur Puri to Kanjhawala area. In which all the clothes of the girl were separated from the body and there was a lot of injury in the body.
