France's privacy watchdog agency CNIL has imposed a fine on iPhone maker Apple accusing it of ad personalization in the App Store. According to a Reuters report, CNIL has issued an interest which claims that the advertising targeting options in the iPhone's Settings icon were activated by default.

Apple's response
