Ingredients of Peanut and Sesame Burfi

Half cup – Roasted peanuts

2 cups – Sesame

2 tbsp - dry coconut

Half teaspoon – Green cardamom powder

5 spoons – milk powder

Ghee - 2 tbsp

Sugar - 1 cup

Water - 1 cup

To make these delicious burfis, first roast sesame seeds. After this grind them to make powder.

After this roast the peanuts and grind them. After this, mix dry coconut in ground peanuts and sesame seeds. Mix these things well.

After this, heat some ghee in a pan. Put this barfi mixture in it and fry it. Now add half a cup of milk powder to it.

Now add cardamom powder to this mixture. Mix all these things well.

After this, prepare sugar syrup by adding water and sugar in a pan. Now mix this sugar syrup in the mixture.

Now apply ghee in a plate. Pour this mixture in a plate. After an hour cut this mixture in the shape of barfi pieces.
