Not only urine, these small mistakes will be blacklisted from air travel

No Fly List Guideline: Not only the matter of passing urine, there are many such situations which can put a passenger on the no-fly list. If this happens, that person cannot travel by plane for a fixed time. Know what the guideline says?

Shankar Mishra, accused of urinating on a female passenger in an Air India flight, has been arrested from Bengaluru. Shankar Mishra, a resident of Mumbai, has also been fired by his company. The police is probing the matter and the staff of Air India has also been summoned. At the same time, after this incident, DGCA issued a notice to Air India showing strictness. After this Air India has submitted the report to DGCA . The report clearly states that Air India has banned the accused for 30 days. Now he will not be able to travel by air for 30 days.

It is not just a matter of urinating, there are many situations that can put a person on the no-fly list. If this happens, that person cannot travel by plane for a fixed time. Know what the DGCA guideline says?

The guideline was made in 2017

The Central Government had issued a guideline in 2017 to prevent the wrong behavior of the passenger during the flight. According to the guideline, if a passenger misbehaves, the pilot will have to file a report and it will be investigated internally. During the investigation, the airline has the right to put that passenger on the no-fly list for 30 days. If the airline company is not able to take such a decision within a fixed time, then the person can continue the flight.

If you make these mistakes, you will not be able to travel by plane

Although the airlines issue their own guidelines regarding the behavior of the passengers, but many times a controversy has arisen regarding them. Keeping such cases in mind, the DGCA had issued a guideline regarding when passengers can be put in the no-fly list. Now let's understand what the guideline says.

1. If a passenger travels on an aircraft after drinking alcohol and because of that any kind of problem arises during the other passenger or during the aircraft journey, then this action can be taken.

2. If a passenger smokes in the aircraft, uses wrong words or language for crew members or other passengers, then he can be put on the no-fly list.

3. Deliberately obstructing the way crew members work can also be a reason for this action. So avoid doing this.

Three levels made for complaints

Level-1: Pointing, threatening and harassing others by getting intoxicated comes in Level-1.

Level-2: Insulting someone physically like- pushing, kicking, slapping etc.

Level-3: Risking someone's life, damaging the aircraft or causing a scuffle comes in Level 3.

If the airline company imposed a wrong ban then…

If any candidate feels that the airline company has imposed a wrong ban on him, then he can apply to the Appellate Committee working under the Ministry of Civil Aviation. The traveler will have to accept its decision.
