What is your risk of death in the next 5 years? Without any app, the address will be known from the smartphone

In this era of technology, many such things have also become possible, which seemed impossible.
Let us tell you that the smartphones coming in the market these days are equipped with the latest technology. Nowadays, many such features are also coming in smartphones, through which we can also keep an eye on our health. Nowadays, many fitness features are available in smartphones. Through the smartphone, it can also be ascertained that there is a risk of death on you in the next 5 years. It must be sounding a bit awkward, but a research has revealed that this thing can be detected through a smartphone.

Smartphone without app will know
according to a research, it can be detected through the smartphone kept in your pocket, how much risk of death you are in the next five years. Some time ago the results of a study conducted in America were published. The special thing is that for this there will be no need of any app in the smartphone. According to research, only through the motion sensor installed in the smartphone, it can be estimated that there is a risk of dying in the next five years.

In fact, according to Bruce Schatz at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, most people have smartphones with similar sensors, but it is difficult to calculate mortality risk from the activity data they collect. The reason for this is that people do not keep the phone in their pocket all day. Schatz and colleagues looked at data from 100,655 people in the UK Biobank study. The Biobank has been collecting information on the health of middle-aged and older adults living in the UK for 15 years. In this study, people were made to wear motion sensors on their wrists for a week. About 2 percent of the participants died during the next five years.

Walking for 6 minutes can predict death The
researchers ran motion sensor and death data on about a tenth of the participants through a machine learning model. Also developed an algorithm that predicted five-year mortality during a 6-minute walk. 'For many diseases, especially heart or lung diseases, there's a very specific pattern where people slow down a bit when they start breathing fast and start speeding up again,' says Schatz.

Health can be tracked with motion sensor
Let us tell you that the smartphones that are coming nowadays have such motion sensors which can track the activities of our body. Through these, things like body temperature, heartrate etc. can be tracked. Also, there are many such smartphone apps that can track our fitness.
