According to a Times Now report, Seira Zegar fainted on the floor of her house after returning from an event. After she fainted, she was taken to the hospital where Seira said that these butterflies had now turned into severe fatigue and a deep burning pain in the upper arm. According to the British Heart Foundation, when it comes to coronary problems, women are 50 percent more likely to be misdiagnosed than men. Most women dismiss heart attack as heartburn or anxiety. Previously, doctors had dismissed Seira's pain as teenage anxiety and had not given her pain medication.

However, after suffering a heart attack, he was asked to wait a long time at the hospital before emergency surgery was advised. It was a blood clot that had traveled through a hole in the heart and into a coronary artery. Tests revealed that Ceira had high lipoprotein A, which made her red blood cells extra sticky. Because of this, a blood clot formed in his body. The patient also had a hole in the heart known as a patent foramen ovale (PFO), which was causing a clot to block a coronary artery.
