G20 Food Festival Delhi: International Food Festival starts today, you will get taste of indigenous and foreign food


G20 Food Festival Delhi: The two-day long G20 International Food Festival has started today (February 11) at Delhi's Talkatora Stadium. Entry is free for common people in this food festival and they can come here and enjoy local and foreign food dishes.

More than 43 food stalls have been installed in the festival.

Famous hotels of the country will also participate in the food festival.

G20 Food Festival Delhi: If you are a foodie and want to taste the food dishes of the country and the world, then the two-day long G20 International Food Festival has started in the country's capital from today. More than 43 food stalls have been set up in this international festival being organized at Talkatora Stadium in Delhi. Representatives of China, Turkey, Japan and Mexico, who are among the G20 countries, are also participating in the event. At the same time, 14 states and union territories of India have become a part of this international festival. The festival is being organized by the New Delhi Municipal Council on the theme 'Taste the World' and 'International Year of Millets'.

The festival covers the states of Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Delhi, Punjab, Bihar, Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Manipur and Meghalaya. Entry to the festival has been kept free for the common people. Many types of food dishes can be enjoyed during this event.

Famous hotels will present their signature food

In the food festival, you will also enjoy the delicious food dishes available in the famous hotels of the country. It includes more than 11 hotels. These include Taj Palace, Taj Mahal, The Connaught, Taj Ambassador, Le Meridien, ITC Maurya and The Park. Along with this, 8 stalls have been set up by the Ministry of Agriculture on the theme 'International Year of Millets'.

Jail Department is also participating in the festival,

Delhi Jail Department and Tihar Baking School are also participating in the food festival. According to NDMC, the purpose of this food festival is to create awareness about the Indian presidency in the G20 Summit, to create guidance and education regarding international cuisine and nutritional health and food preparation.

International Food Festival is being organized at Tal Katora Stadium in Delhi. Thousands of people are expected to participate in the event. If you also want to attend the festival, then Ramakrishna Ashram Metro Station and Patel Chowk Metro Station near Talkator Stadium can be reached with the help of Metro. From here the stadium can be reached by taking bus or auto.
