Maharashtra BJP: What is Mahavijay Sankalp and Mission 45 of BJP in Maharashtra?

Maharashtra BJP Mahavijay Sankalp: In Maharashtra's Nashik district, the BJP held its state executive meeting on Friday-Saturday (February 10-11). In this meeting, strategies for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections and assembly elections were discussed. In the meeting, Maharashtra BJP President Chandrashekhar Bawankul presented the outline of 'Mahavijay 2024' campaign. At the same time, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that BJP will win 200 seats in the assembly elections. Let us inform that the assembly elections in Maharashtra are to be held before October in 2024 and there are 288 assembly seats in the state.

As it is clear from Mahavijay 2024 that in the next Lok Sabha elections, BJP will try to win the Lok Sabha seats of the state with a thump. There are 48 Lok Sabha seats in the state. According to reports, BJP has set a target of winning 45 out of 48 seats. That means BJP is working for its Mission 45. To achieve this target, senior ministers have been asked to take responsibility for at least one seat each. Union Home Minister Amit Shah is visiting the state on February 18-19. It is being told that during Shah's visit, the responsibilities of the ministers related to the election campaign can be decided.

Eyes on Hindu voters angry with Uddhav

In the state executive, BJP national secretary Vinod Tawde said that the Hindu voters who were associated with Balasaheb Thackeray are angry about Uddhav Thackeray's stand on Hindutva. In the meeting, discussions were held on uniting Hindu voters and pulling them into their fold. Both BJP and Shiv Sena parties are reportedly vocal on Hinduist issues, but if we look at the figures of the last election, the vote percentage of Hindu voters was seen divided among all the major parties of the state. BJP got 28 percent of Hindu voters, Shiv Sena 19 percent, Congress 18 percent and NCP 17 percent Hindu votes. It was emphasized in the meeting that if BJP wants to bring all the Hindus of the state to its side, then the party will have to work to get 45 to 50 percent Hindu votes.

Asked to stay away from controversial statements

In the executive, BJP state president Chandrashekhar Bawankul also asked the leaders and workers to stay away from unnecessary controversies. His point was that BJP leaders should avoid making controversial statements so that the image of the party does not get tarnished among the public.
