According to the report published in Myoclinic, those who are separated from their partner face the problem of Broken Heart Syndrome. Experts say that those facing this syndrome may have many health related problems ranging from pain in the chest to heart.
Why does broken heart syndrome happen?
This is a condition related to the heart, in which along with stress, emotions also increase more. This also causes physical problems in which the risk of heart attack also remains. Experts also call it stress cardiomyopathy and apical ballooning syndrome. Its biggest symptoms are chest pain and difficulty in breathing.

Experts say that after a breakup, symptoms like pain in the mental chest, difficulty in breathing, increased heart beat, heart failure, blood clots in the heart and low blood pressure can be seen. Most of the people understand it as problems related to the brain whereas they make the mistake of ignoring these health related problems.
To recover from breakup, meditation, yoga, reading books or spending time with friends and family should be done. Bad habits like cigarette and alcohol should not be adopted even by mistake.
