Highest rent in Sector-150 of Noida

According to Anarock's report, between 2019 and 2022, the average rent in Noida's Sector-150 has seen the maximum increase of 23 percent. Here in 2019, the average rent of a 2BHK house was Rs 15,500. Last year it reached around Rs 19,000 per month.

Anuj Puri, chairman of Anarock Group, said that during the year 2022, there was a significant increase in the rent. Rental demand has increased in the top seven cities after two years of decline during the Kovid-19 pandemic.

House rent may increase further in 2023

Anuj Puri said that the demand for rental houses in the country will continue in 2023 as well. In such a situation, the rent of houses may increase further in the coming days. Puri said that people who are returning from their hometowns or other areas to job-oriented areas are preferring to rent houses first. They can also consider buying a house later.

House rental condition in other cities

Anarock's report says that the average rent in Hitech City area of ​​Hyderabad has increased by 7 percent and now it has reached Rs 24,600 per month. Similarly, the average rent on Delhi-NCR's Sohna Road increased by 14 per cent to Rs 28,500, Mumbai's Chembur by 13 per cent to Rs 51,000, Kolkata's EM Bypass by 16 per cent to Rs 22,000, Bengaluru's Sarjapur Road by 14 per cent to Rs 24,000, Pune 20 per cent to Rs 21,000 per month in Hinjewadi and 13 per cent to Rs 18,000 per month in Chennai's Perambur.
