BR Chopra wanted to shoot this film in Bhopal, but Madhubala's father refused to send his daughter to Bhopal, saying that the shooting could be done in Mumbai as well, after which BR Chopra dropped Madhubala from the film. Gave. After this decision of BR Chopra, Ataullah Khan filed a case against him, then Chopra also asked for his advance amount back. In this way the matter reached the court, where Madhubala and Dilip Saheb once again faced each other.

At the same time, keeping the side of BR Chopra in the court, Dilip Saheb had also testified about his love for Madhubala.
