Airtel and IPPB have launched banking service on WhatsApp. That is, now you can make any payment sitting at home through WhatsApp.
Airtel and India Post Payments Bank ie IPB have started WhatsApp banking service for IPPB customers. This service will give these customers a chance to take advantage of banking services on their mobiles. The WhatsApp messaging solution will be delivered to the customers through Airtel IQ. It has a cloud communication platform service that allows brands to communicate with their customers over voice, SMS and WhatsApp. Airtel has claimed that it is the first telecom company in the world to act as a Business Service Provider (BSP) for WhatsApp .

Airtel IPPB will enable customers to connect with the bank on WhatsApp and avail banking services. These services inter alia include doorstep service request and locating of nearby post offices. Airtel – IPPB WhatsApp Banking Solution is also working to build multi language support. In this, customers will get more convenience. That is, people living in rural areas of the country will also be able to use the banking service in their preferred language. According to Airtel, the company is working with IPPB to provide 250 million monthly messages to the bank's customers, many of whom are located in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
Customer service will be available 24 hours a day
Airtel IQ is a strong easy and secure cloud communication. According to Abhishek Biswal, Business Head, Airtel IQ, the existing SMS and voice communication is offered by India Post Payments Bank customers along with WhatsApp messaging. Two-way communication will be made possible between the bank and their customers IPPB and Airtel IQ WhatsApp solution can also have a live interactive customer support agent. In this, customers can get any information related to banking 24 hours a day.
