Delhi will become 'one district', registration of property will be easy, these rules are going to change

Now it will be easy to get the property registered in the country's capital Delhi. For this, the whole of Delhi will be declared as 'one district'. Know what changes are going to happen in the rules.

Not only is it difficult to buy and sell property in Delhi, but getting it registered is also difficult. Now all these difficulties are going to end. Many rules are going to be changed to make it easier for people to register property and to get rid of corruption. Let's know about them…

For the end of corruption prevailing in the Delhi government and its departments, Lieutenant Governor V.K. Saxena recently held a review meeting of the works of Vigilance Department, Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) and New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC). During this, he also gave information about the new rules related to the registry of property in Delhi.

Delhi will become 'one district'

Delhi will now be declared as 'one district' for registration of property. This means that now the registration of property in Delhi can be done in any sub-registrar's office. All the sub-registrar offices in the capital will be completely under the surveillance of CCTV cameras.

In order to reduce corruption and harassment of citizens in sub-registrar offices, it has been announced to declare entire Delhi as one district for the work of property registration.

With this step, citizens will not need to go to a specific sub-registrar office for property registration, rather they can register themselves in any sub-registrar office located in Delhi. There will be no need for any human intervention in this system. It will be completely faceless.

Experiment has been done in Andhra Pradesh

Earlier, the work of declaring the entire state like Andhra Pradesh as a district in 2015 has been done. This experiment was beneficial. There a person from any district can easily get the property registered in any district.

Complaints will be resolved online

From now on in Delhi, there will be only faceless scrutiny in the Trade and Tax Department. That is, from now on any kind of complaint related to this will be accepted online only. At the same time, there will be no need to visit the offices for review of related files. Payment of scholarship, pension, scholarship etc. will be done directly in bank accounts (DBT).
