Matt Taibbi tweeted that he has learned that the substack link has been blocked by Twitter. He came to know that all this is happening because of the Substack Notes platform. Musk also responded to Tabby's statement. While clarifying, Musk said that the links of Substack have not been blocked. The billionaire businessman tweeted that Matt's statement is false. He said that Substack was trying to download a large part of Twitter's database. That's why their IP address is not trustworthy.
