Hanuman Jayanti Bengal: Where Section 144 is imposed, do not take out Shobha Yatra, High Court's decision on Hanuman Jayanti

Kolkata: In view of the apprehension of violence in the procession on Hanuman Jayanti, the Calcutta High Court has directed the state government to deploy central security forces. Along with this, the common people have also been asked not to travel to places under section 144.

Kolkata: The Calcutta High Court has given an important decision regarding the procession of Hanuman Jayanti amid violence in West Bengal . The court has asked the state government to deploy central security forces to maintain peace . Along with this, the High Court has also directed the people taking out the procession not to take out the procession from the place where Section 144 has been imposed.

This order of the Calcutta High Court has come at a time when the whole of West Bengal is in the grip of violence since the day of Ram Navami. On the other hand, Union Minister of State for Home Nishith Pramanik has made serious allegations against the government regarding the ongoing violence in Bengal. He said that the Bengal government has completely failed to establish the rule of law in the state. Bengal has been burning since the day of Ram Navami and the administration and government there have remained mute spectators.

He said that Bengal has always been known for peace and harmony, but due to the policies of the government, today the world is watching what is happening here. He said that I am sitting on a responsible chair. That's why I have my limits. But one thing is certain that action should be taken against those who are guilty in this as soon as possible. This is the responsibility of the Government of Bengal. He told that a letter has also been written to the Bengal government on behalf of the Ministry of Home Affairs in this regard.

The High Court has clearly said in its decision that the state government should immediately demand central forces to maintain law and order and deploy the force in all the areas of Bengal where there is a possibility of violence. Although the court has asked to deploy the Central Forces as an ally of the State Police.
