Medical record test for four years

The medical records of these people were checked for four years. It was found in the study that those who slept before 11 o'clock in the night had fewer cases of heart attack, while the risk of heart disease was 35 percent higher in those who slept after this period. It has been said in the research that due to late sleeping, the circadian rhythm of the body starts deteriorating. Due to which the heart can also be affected. In such a situation, researchers have advised people to sleep till 11 o'clock.

This is called silent heart attack.
