Shilpa Shetty Richard Gere Kissing Case: Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty has an old association with controversies. Shilpa Shetty was embroiled in a controversy in the year 2007 when Hollywood actor Richard Gere kissed her on stage in a crowded gathering. There was a huge uproar regarding this incident and Shilpa was accused of spreading obscenity.
Now the court has given its verdict on this and Shilpa has got relief. The court has clearly said that in this case Shilpa did not kiss anyone but she was kissed.
Talking about the case, in this case related to 2007, the court says that he was kissed and he did not kiss anyone. Therefore, they will not be considered as partners in it. The court said that no case can be filed against a woman for any kind of molestation and indecency with a woman in a public place. Not even because he did not take any action on his part on any such activity.
In this case, Additional Sessions Judge SC Jadhav, clearly upholding the order of the Magistrate Court, said that Shilpa Shetty's obscenity in this case does not appear in any way.
Talking about the matter, this matter is of the year 2007. In a program related to AIDS awareness in Rajasthan, Hollywood actor Retards Gere had kissed Shilpa Shetty in a crowded gathering. Since then, this matter had progressed and protests were seen everywhere. In this case, Shilpa was also accused of spreading obscenity.
