Material

three cups of water

sugar 2 cups

1 teaspoon cardamom

1 tsp kewra

food coloring

2 tbsp ghee

2 to 3 tbsp almonds

2 to 3 tbsp cashews

2 to 3 tbsp raisins

2 to 3 tbsp coconut

300 grams Vermicelli Banarasi

200 grams khoya

First of all, put 3 cups of water in a pan, add two cups of sugar, 1 tsp cardamom powder, 1 tsp kewra and food color and cook it.

It has to be cooked only till the sugar dissolves, it does not have to be made into a one or two string syrup.

Now heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan and add almonds, cashews, raisins and coconut and fry them.

Fry them lightly, then take them out in a bowl and keep them.

Now heat half a cup of ghee in the same pan, then add vermicelli and fry.

Fry them till they get light golden color and aroma.

Then mix it and cover it, cook it covered for 2 to 3 minutes.
