Lucknow: 42 girl students of BBD University suffer from food poisoning, condition worsens after star night party

Foundation Day was being celebrated in BBD University on Friday. Some group of students had gone out for dinner. Only the girl students of that group suddenly got sick.

Lucknow: The girl students living in the BBD University Hostel in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, suddenly fell ill late at night. Sick girl students were admitted to Lohia Emergency Hospital for treatment by BBD University bus. Doctors of Lohia Hospital say that late night 38 girl students and 4 in the morning were brought for emergency treatment. A total of 42 girl students became victims of food poisoning.

During treatment, it was found that the girl students were victims of food poisoning. It is being told that BBD Foundation Day was being celebrated on Friday night. Many Bollywood singers and stars had also come to participate in this. At present, the BBD administration is completely silent on this whole matter.

Girls went out to eat

Media in-charge of Lohia Hospital, Dr. A.P. Jain told that the victims of food poisoning had come from BBD University. Foundation Day was being celebrated in BBD University on Friday. Some group of students had gone out for dinner. Only the girl students of that group suddenly got sick.

Everyone was sent home after treatment

Sick girl students were brought to Lohia Hospital late night for treatment. In the morning 4 girl students had come to Lohia Emergency Hospital. Through treatment, it was found that the girl students were victims of food poisoning. None of the cases were serious. All have been sent after treatment.

Order given for investigation in the case

Foundation Day was being celebrated at BBD University. After this, about 150 students were sent by ambulance to Chandan and Lohia Hospital after their health deteriorated due to eating food there. All the students were sent back to the campus after treatment. The BBD University administration has ordered an inquiry.
