Mix Veg Paratha

To make Mix Veg Paratha you will need-

2 cups flour

Cauliflower, two chopped carrots, 1 potato, some spinach

Green chili (a little)

cumin powder

chilli powder

Garam Masala

How to make Mix Veg Paratha

First of all cut all the vegetables and wash them thoroughly. After this, cook them in the cooker for some time. After cooking it in the cooker, let it dry slightly. Beetroot Paratha

2 cups wheat flour

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp garam masala

½ tsp dried mango powder

½ tsp ajwain

½ tsp salt

2 tsp finely chopped coriander

1 tsp ghee

½ tsp ginger paste 1 chilli (slit)

1½ cups grated beetroot

How to make

In a big bowl knead the dough with oil and water. After this, after kneading the dough, keep it for some time. Pour some oil in a pan. After this add beetroot and onion and fry all the spices well. Now fill the stuffing in the dough. After this you make paratha in ghee or oil. Your hot paratha is ready. You can serve it with pickle.
