Leena Tiwari is the chairperson of private company USV India. His current net worth is more than $ 3.7 billion i.e. Rs 30,000 crore. Leena Tiwari continues to be ahead of Biocon's Kiran Mazumdar Shaw, Nykaa's Falguni Nair and Zoho Corp's Radha Vembu in the list of India's richest women at present.

His pharma company is among the top five companies in India in the segment of cardio-vascular and diabetic drugs. The company also manufactures Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), injectables and biosimilar drugs. USV's anti-diabetic medicine, named Glycoment, is included in the top-3 medicines of the domestic industry.

Studied at Mumbai University

Tiwari mostly stays away from most social events and parties in Mumbai. But she keeps working for the welfare of the people. Tiwari, a 65-year-old businesswoman, loves traveling and reading books. Leena Tiwari has done B.Com from Mumbai University and MBA from Boston University.

Leena Tiwari's husband is Prashant Tiwari, who is the MD of USV and runs the company. Prashant Tiwari has also studied engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and Cornell University in America. They both also have a daughter, whose name is Anisha Gandhi Tiwari.
