It first started as a studio in the health and fitness sector where people were learning Zumba classes, boxing, dancing, yoga and strength training. After getting offline success, the company launched its app in 2017. It became the first such online platform in the industry which was well liked by the people.

Video based classes started being given on digital platform. The company used to provide on-demand online videos for its members. Company This strategy was very useful. After the success of the online platform, the company decided to provide offline facilities.

For this, the company opened gyms in different states of the country. The company started providing offline fitness training. In which core exercises, aerobic yoga, meditation, home workouts, kids exercises and other fitness programs were included.
