Pawan Kheda had made indecent remarks about PM Modi's father, after this statement legal action was taken against him. Kheda has been considered guilty by the police in the charge sheet. In this case, the police has filed a charge sheet on Monday.

Please tell that Pawan Kheda had changed the name of the father while making serious allegations against PM Modi in connection with businessman Gautam Adani. There was strong condemnation from the BJP on this. During this, a case was registered against Pawan Kheda for making lewd remarks and insulting him.

Acting on this, the police did not allow Kheda to board the flight at Delhi airport on February 23 and took him back. During that time the entire Congress party stood with Pawan Kheda. In a hurry, the door of the Supreme Court was knocked. After which he was released on bail.

In this case, the police has filed a charge sheet on Monday, in which Pawan Kheda has been considered guilty by the police.
