Along with this, women also need to pay special attention to their diet. However, women often make themselves unwell in the process of keeping their family healthy. Women need such food which can fight any disease well.

Dr. Rasika Mathur, Senior Dietician, Nanavati Max Hospital, says that women need to boost their immunity the most. If immunity is boosted, it will help in preventing many diseases from breaking into the body. Since breast cancer cases have started coming more in women, so if the immunity remains boosted, then the risk of cancer will also reduce. Dr. Rasika Mathur has told 5 types of food that will improve the health of women and help them fight against diseases like cancer.

1. Colorful Vegetables and Citrus Fruits -Dr. Rasika Mathur told that the more colorful green vegetables are, the more antioxidants will be in it. Anti-oxidants will protect the body from free radicals, due to which the risk of cancer will be greatly reduced and other diseases will also not come near. That's why women should consume at least two to three types of colorful vegetables and citrus fruits every day. Citrus fruit boosts immunity. Consuming citrus fruits like blueberry, strawberry, jamun, grapes, orange, kiwi etc. will be beneficial.

2. Salad- Along with antioxidants, fiber should be consumed everyday. With this, digestion will be strong, as well as the intestine will always be clean, due to which the function of the brain will also be correct. For this, salad must be consumed everyday. Fiber helps to neutralize the bad effects of other bad things in the food.

3. Seeds or Seeds- Women should consume more seeds than men. Seeds are a boon for health.
