Fiber breakfast
Do include fiber in breakfast. Include fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains in fiber rich food. If you have diabetes, it would be better to include fruits with protein-rich breakfast. Mixed fruit and vegetable juices can also be included.
Lemon water
You can end your breakfast by adding black or pink salt to a glass of lemon water. Along with lemon juice, electrolytes are also available from salt which is rich in vitamin C. Lemon juice will also help in the absorption of iron from food.
