Australia Nazi Symbol Ban: Swastik and Nazi symbol will be banned in Australia, law will be made, know why the decision was taken?

In Australia, preparations are being made to ban Nazi symbols such as Swastik, materials related to it and Nazi salute. The government is going to bring a new law for the ban.

Nazi symbol and its related material will be banned in Australia. Publicly showing Nazi salute and symbol will also be banned. For this, preparations are being made to introduce a new law in Australia . Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus said on Thursday that the government is coming up with a law under which Nazi images such as the swastika, a symbol associated with the paramilitary wing of the Nazi Party, such as the glowing lightning symbol will be banned.

Under the law, clothes with Nazi flags, armbands and Nazi symbols will be banned. Not only this, but the Nazi salute will also be banned. Speaking to the Australian media, Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus said that it is a matter of great sadness that we are seeing people with these Nazi symbols in our society. Such disgusting symbols have no place in Australian society. People should hate it instead of showing it.

The law will be presented in Parliament next week

Mark Dreyfus says that there is no place in Australia for such a symbol, which glorifies the Holocaust. We will not allow people to earn profit by selling such symbols, nor will we allow such ideology to flourish here. This law will be introduced in the Parliament of Australia next week. It is believed that it will also get the support of the opposition, because the issue of the Nazi Party and the crimes committed through it is something on which the whole country is united.

Why is the law being brought?

Australia's intelligence agency is constantly warning that the number of right-wing groups in the country is increasing. These organizations are very organized and can be easily seen. In March, neo-Nazi groups in Melbourne clashed with people demanding transgender rights.

People were also seen giving Nazi salute with weapons outside the State Parliament building. 30 percent of the cases of counter-terrorism in the country are related to Neo-Nazis. Actually, Neo-Nazis are those people who currently believe in the ideology of the Nazi Party. There is a danger of division of the society because of these people.
