Using the phone throughout the day or for most of the day is affecting both fitness and spine. Where have the eyes also been able to escape from the bad effects of the smart phone? One problem that has become common due to continuous viewing of the phone is smart phone vision syndrome.

What is smart phone vision syndrome?

This is such a problem that apart from constantly affecting the eyes, it has also become a cause of concern for the experts. Most of the eye experts are of the opinion that the young population is falling prey to this syndrome due to continuous viewing of the phone screen. Looks hazy

This problem occurs when the muscles of the eyes get tired of overworking and they start to feel pain. The blue light coming from the screen causes damage to the retina of the eyes. Apart from this, due to continuous viewing of bright screen, dry eyes and blurred vision also become a common problem. There is also the complaint of tiredness in the eyes.

How to avoid this syndrome?

An effective way to protect the eyes from this syndrome is to take a break from the screen. Instead of continuously looking at the screen, give a break to the eyes at an interval of at least twenty minutes.

Manage digital time. Avoid watching the screen continuously for one or two hours. Also keep in mind that do not look at the phone too closely. Keep a distance of at least twenty centimeters between the smart phone and the eyes.

Immediately stop the habit of looking at smart phone in very dark or by turning off the light.

If watching the screen for a long time is a compulsion, then make sure to get Blu Ray glasses.
