Maida (1 cup)

Sugar (as required)

Milk (1/2 cup)

Ghee (1/4 cup)

Salt (to taste)

Baking powder (1 tsp)

Cardamom powder (1/2 tsp)

Grated dry fruits

Extra ghee

How to make sheermal

First soak the saffron in lukewarm water and leave it for a while.

Now mix flour, ghee, sugar, baking powder, cardamom and saffron water in a vessel and knead it with milk. Cover this flour in a utensil and keep it.

Give it the shape of roti and spread dry fruits on it. Now put it on a non stick pan or griddle and bake it with ghee.
