A positive trend is being seen in the job market and probably its effect will be visible from July onwards.

It has been said in the Manpowergroup Employment Outlook survey that jobs in India are expected to increase in the era of layoffs. This survey has been done among more than 3,000 employers in the country.

Jobs may increase in July-September

Quoting 3,020 employers in the survey report, it has been said that the hiring pattern in July-September is looking positive. Most of the jobs will come in the ARET sector. 49 percent of the employers involved in the survey expect new hiring, although 13 percent believe that the hiring will not be much, but there will be a seasonal adjustment of old and new jobs.

However, if compared with the July-September period of last year, then there is a decline of 15 percent in the jobs market. While it is 6 percent more than the January-March quarter.

India at number 5 in job positivity

Another thing has come to light in this survey that in terms of positive trend regarding jobs in 41 major countries of the world, India is at number five. Costa Rica topped the list, followed by Netherlands, Peru, Australia and India. The most apprehensive situation regarding jobs is in Japan and Taiwan.

According to the survey, 84 percent of Indian employers believe that they will give jobs to those with 'green skills' or that there will be a glut of 'green jobs' in the market. According to the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), jobs related to green skills require people to have the knowledge, abilities, competencies and values ​​that can help the economy and society in environmentally sustainable development.

At the same time, the hiring outlook in IT, technology, telecom, communications and media sectors is also 47 percent. In this too, 89 percent employers are now hiring for green jobs. Apart from this, job outlook in financial and real estate sector is 41 percent and 85 percent respectively.
