A shocking case of love jihad with an Indian medical student has come to light in Bangladesh. Where, a girl studying medical has accused a nursing student of rape and forced conversion. The girl said that she is four months pregnant, yet the boy's family is not ready to adopt her. Even after changing the religion, the family members do not have that approval.
In an exclusive conversation with TV9 Bharatvarsh, the medical student has made many more shocking revelations. The girl said, I came to Dhaka in 2019 to study. It has been almost five years. Fourth year exam is going on. I had met the boy last year, during which he raped many times and then to avoid this he got married.
The student said that the dispute should not go ahead, so she changed her religion and kept her second name as well. Because the family members were adamant that marriage cannot happen until the name is changed. After obeying the boy and family members, now Amrita is left alone.
Even after changing the name, the family is not ready to adopt
The victim further said, now that my religion has also changed, I am also four months pregnant, so the family members are not ready to accept her. According to family members, the marriage will not be valid until my name is changed. Now there is no security for my future child. I have come to know that he has also given me triple talaq.
When the girl was asked about the change of religion, she said that she did not want to do so, but she felt that maybe everything would be fine. Even after this, he did not take me home, nor did the family adopt me. After this, the girl told the whole story of the atrocities that happened to her to the police and then lodged a complaint. After which the police arrested the boy and put him in jail.
