Material

Semolina - 1 cup

Curd - 1 cup

Onion finely chopped - 2 tbsp

Ginger paste - half teaspoon

Green chili chopped - 1 tsp

Green coriander chopped - 2 tbsp

Curry leaves chopped-8-10

Asafoetida - 1 pinch

Baking soda - 1/4 tsp

oil - for frying

salt to taste

How to make semolina fritters

First of all, put semolina in a vessel. Add curd to it and mix it well.

After this add ginger paste, chopped green chillies, coriander leaves and curry leaves and mix everything well.

Now add finely chopped onion, cumin, a pinch of asafoetida and salt as per taste and mix it well.

Prepare the batter adding water little by little.

Keep the mixture to settle for 10 minutes.

When the batter becomes thick, add baking soda to it and mix slowly.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

When the oil becomes hot, put the pakoras in the pan with the prepared semolina mixture.

Fry in such oil till it becomes golden and crisp.

After this, take out the prepared pakoras in a plate.

Prepare all the pakoras one by one.

Now you can serve it with green chutney.
