Ingredients of Mango Kheer
1 liter - full cream milk
Half cup – Sugar
Cardamom powder - half teaspoon
1/4 cup – soaked rice
Ripe Mango Pulp – 1 cup
Cooked Chopped – 1/2 cup
Cashew nuts and almonds - about half a cup

Pour milk in a vessel. Heat it well. After this cut the dry fruits into small pieces.

Let the milk boil. After this, make the flame medium. Put rice in it. Now cook the mixture of milk and rice while stirring continuously.

Cook the mixture of milk and rice till it thickens. After this add chopped dry fruits to it. After this cook it for 5 minutes.

Now add sugar and cardamom powder to this kheer. Turn off the gas after cooking for 2 minutes. Let the kheer cool down a bit.

Now put mango pulp in this kheer. Add finely chopped pieces of mango to it. Mix all these things well.
